Free worldwide delivery on every order
Delivery is free everywhere we ship, with no minimum spend. There are no handling fees and no surcharge for multi-packs.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking
You get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. You can also check progress on our Track Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
Customs and import charges
Orders outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty or local sales tax, set by your own country and collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are not included in the price you pay us and we cannot predict or refund them.
Plug type
Choose UK, EU or US on the product page and we fit that plug before dispatch, at no extra cost.
If your parcel is late
If your order has not arrived within 16 days of dispatch, email admin@usedreamly.store with your order number and we will chase the carrier. If it cannot be found we send a replacement or refund you in full.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within two hours of ordering and we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it.
